All faulty goods must be reported in writing within 48hrs of the delivery.
Please quote the product code, date of purchase and full details of the fault.
Just stating ‘faulty’ is not acceptable. Please detail any faults so that the manufacturers can be made aware of any problems, particularly if there is any question of safety.
Returned goods will only be accepted for credit if they are genuinely faulty or not fit for the purpose for which they were intended.

Claims for goods that are not faulty and are returned to us for no valid reason may be rejected.
No returns will be credited, if the Returns Policy has not been followed.
